Catch Me Online in May: Channeling and Creativity, Building Spiritual Resilience

In 2018, I had to cancel my channeling and creativity workshop at the Jung Center in Houston. One of the up-sides to pandemic quarantine is that I am actually now able to give this lecture and workshop online (May 15 and 16) so that people who don’t live in Houston can attend, and I don’t even have to leave my home in Florida. I’m hoping that some new friends will be able to join in these challenging times.
My lecture on building spiritual resilience (May 23) will include my research on what people can do to improve their coping skills, whether or not they consider themselves to be religious or spiritual. I’ll review research from my study of religion and medicine and provide a quick sketch of some of the topics I discuss in greater detail during the course I offer for pre-med students on spirituality and health.
